U Disk Compatibility
1. Make sure the usb flash drive is properly connected to the device.
2. Confirm that the currently used equipment supports the u disk of this capacity and the corresponding file system (exfat/ntfs).
3. Confirm if the files on your u disk can be supported by the device.
4. Different main control schemes used by different devices on the market may have compatibility problems
Large files above 4g that cannot be copied
For better system compatibility, the product's factory default format is fta32 (microsoft's standard disk format), and a single file copy does not exceed 4g. If you need to store more than 4gb files, please reset the usb flash drive format: 1. connect the usb flash drive to the computer 2. right-click on the disk partition and select the format. 3. select ntfs or exfat format from the file system options. 4. click start and end.
No response when u disk is connected to computer
