Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. All transactions are charged in the currency displayed at checkout.
No Returns: All orders are shipped directly from our fulfilment partners. We do not accept returned parcels and do not provide a return address.
Free Replacement: If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos or a video and we will send a free replacement, with no return required (see our Refund & Replacement Policy).
Product Descriptions: We strive to display colors and images as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee that your screen display will be exact.

Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you receive an automated confirmation by email or SMS.
Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only before they enter the processing stage. Once processed, an order cannot be cancelled.
Free Worldwide Shipping: Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.
Delivery Timelines: Handling takes 24 to 48 hours. Delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days depending on destination. Estimated delivery dates are guidelines, not guarantees.
Customs & Duties: Import duties or taxes charged by your country, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.
