Instructions

1. Setup
1. Unfold the X-shaped stand, lock buckles tightly for stable support.
2. Fit the grill grate onto the frame; insert charcoal tray if needed.
3. Set on flat ground far from grass, tents and trees with ample airflow.

2. Ignition & Preheat
1. Lay 2–3 layers of charcoal in the tray, leave gaps for ventilation.
2. Light charcoal; wait 10–15 mins until coated with grey ash.
3. Preheat the grate for 3–5 mins to stop food sticking.

3. Grilling
- Arrange food loosely for uniform heating.
- Adjust vents to control fire: wider vents = stronger flame.
- Flip food regularly; brush oil/sauce on meat for better taste.

Care & Storage
- Wipe grease off grate and body after every use; no steel wool to protect coating.
- Cool and dry fully before folding, store in dry ventilated space against rust.
- Check loose buckles, screws and deformed grates prior to each use.
