Q4: Bluetooth doesn't work, what should I do?

A4: Please connect the 9-pin USB cable (black) in the packaging to the 9-pin USB 2.0 interface on the motherboard. Connect the white end to the PCIe network card adapter socket. Then install the Bluetooth driver.

Q5: WiFi is broken, what should I do?

① Check if the device's WiFi is recognized by the computer in the Device Manager. If there is a network controller with a yellow exclamation mark, please install the WiFi driver. If the driver has already been installed, a yellow warning will still be displayed. Please right-click, click "Update", and then select the driver file path that you want to manually update.

② Check if there is an M.2 hard drive on the motherboard, which may cause hardware functionality conflicts. The M.2 hardware in the parallel channel needs to be unplugged. Check if the antenna connection is secure.

③ For some AMD motherboard computers, you may need to enter BIOS to set some options for PCIe. Set PCIe speed to 3rd generation (automatic, 1st generation, 2nd generation, and 3rd generation)

④ If your desktop has built-in WiFi function, please turn off the built-in WiFi when using it on the desktop

Q7: The motherboard has built-in WiFi, but WiFi 5 is a bit slow. Can I buy this adapter to upgrade?

A7: If your computer has an open PCI-E slot, you can use it for upgrading. But when installing this adapter, the built-in card must be disabled.

Q8: Can't the WiFi speed of 6GHz/5GHz reach 2400Mbps? Unable to recognize or slow down wireless network speed after using it for a period of time?

① The maximum wireless signal rate is the physical rate derived from the IEEE standard 802.11 specification. The actual wireless data throughput, wireless coverage range, and number of connected devices cannot be guaranteed, and may vary due to network conditions, AP limitations, and environmental factors (including building materials, obstacles, traffic and density, and AP location).

② You can try different things by changing different PCIe slots (PCIe x 16 is available).
