Due to the tablet's weight exceeding 2kg, we are required to split your order into separate packages. Depending on the items you purchased:

• If you ordered tablet + case: You will receive 2 separate packages (one for the tablet, one for the case).

• If you ordered tablet + case + K10 keyboard: You will also receive 2 separate packages (one for the tablet+Keyboard together, one for the case).

Please be aware that these packages may arrive at different times. You might receive the tablet first or the accessories first. Please do not open a dispute or request a refund for partial delivery. Kindly wait until all packages have been delivered. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

2. Customs Duties & VAT for EU Countries

For shipments to EU countries, customs duties and VAT may be charged by your local customs authority. These fees are not collected by us; they are a legal obligation of the importer (the buyer). Please be aware:

• It is your responsibility to pay any applicable taxes or duties to clear your package through customs.
