PE Level 5 Cut-Resistant Hood

Features:

• Exceptional abrasion resistance

• High cut and tear resistance

Material: PE (Polyethylene)

Manufacturing Process:
The cut-resistant hood is made from PE Level 5 cut-proof fiber material, innovatively combining ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) and certain proprietary ultra-high molecular materials (trade secret). The fabric is woven using specialized high-density textile machinery to create a knife-resistant yet soft and cool-to-touch material. Designed for long-term use (not disposable), it remains comfortable to wear and is easy to clean.

Safety Certifications:

• EN388 (Cut Resistance)

• EN420 (General PPE Requirements)

• CE Certified

Primary Applications:

• Metal manufacturing

• Sheet metal processing

• Knife production

• Glass cutting & handling

• Precision grinding

• Meat slaughtering & cutting

• Kitchen operations

• Automotive repair

• Security & protective work

Additional Compliance:

• EU Certified: EN388 + CE

• Factory audited & approved by BSCI & SEDEX

What is HHPPE

HPPE has high strength: the strength is more than 10 times that of high-quality steel. High modulus: second only to super carbon fiber. Low density: less than water, can float on the surface. High strength and high modulus polyethylene fiber has excellent physical properties. A chemical group that, because of its high crystallinity, does not readily react with chemical agents. Therefore, water resistance, moisture resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, UV resistance, so there is no need to undergo UV resistance treatment. Corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, with excellent wear resistance, not only has a high modulus, but also soft, has a long flexural life, the melting point of high strength and high modulus polyethylene fiber between 144~152C, a short time exposure to 110C environment will not cause serious performance reduction

The Principle of Stab Resistance

Saintfabric ® fibers Patent No.ZL20181048195.2

The Saintfabric ® fibers are randomly arranged and intertwined to form a tight and irregular web structure, and then the layers of the web structure are overlapped, so the point of a knife is bound and blocked by the layers of fiber during the penetration process, unable to push away all the filaments to penetrate the wearer’s body smoothly

In the research and development of Sanitfabric® ,our technical team adjusts the yarn density, yarn gram and yarn count to achieve the final Sanitfabric® fabric. And Our product can reach EN388:cut-resistant level5( the best); Tear resistance level 4(the best);Puncture level 4(the best), which can significantly reduce cutting injury of chopping knife, chopper, fruit knife in our daily life, also in the working life such as mold processing, logging processing, glass processing, etc. Lower cut level or Higher are available.Depend on the high performance of the patent SanitFabirc®, we apply it to more special protection areas, such as Anti-cut safety gloves with high cut resistant level without glassfiber, Anti-cut apron with wide application in commercial and industrial area, Anti-stab clothes used in daliy life,et
