Packing and Shipping

When removing the protective cover, the side cap of the Hub may come off easily. Please check whether the side cap is attached to the protective cover when unpacking.
Packed according to EN standard toavoid scratch, damp and damage etc. in international transportation. Shipping Mark printing and delivery by Express/Sea/Air according to customers' request.

Regarding the customization process and factory testing standards for wheel rims

Customized Wheelset：
We can assemble wheels for you, if such service is needed. We have technicians who have been building wheels since 10 years ago. Mean while, a lot of bicycle hubs and spokes are available for you to choose in our store, and road hubs, off-road hubs and so on.
Rim Production：
We have six carbon composite curing ovens, which heat the rims to 300 °C.Our potential monthly output of rims is 6,000 PCS. From material preparationto molding process, the temperature is kept constant ain our dust-free work-shop. These measures are essential to ensure that our products are consistentand of the highest quality.
Testing Standards：
Wheels assembled is by hand -made. The tension of eachspoke (120-130kgf) and the deflection of the wheel (not morethan 0.2mm) have been strictly tested before shipping.
The wheels need to be released six times (three times of each front andback side) before shipment to ensure the wheels are stable enough.
