Warranty Period

The warranty period is as follows:
Warranty period: 2 years

The warranty period starts from the date of original purchase. Damage caused by human factors or force majeure is not covered by the warranty.

Terms of Service

During the warranty period, we will be responsible for repairing or replacing any defective or damaged products free of charge.
But this is only for damaged parts, if you want to replace the entire circuit board, you must pay for it.

For those that exceed the service life, we will be responsible for repairs and only charge for the replaced parts.

Shipping Costs
For all valid warranty claims, the user shall bear the shipping costs of sending replacement goods. The user shall bear the shipping costs of returning defective goods.

2. How to ship to my country and how long does it take?
It depends on the order quantity and the shipping method, express and sea shipping are optional.
For small orders, we can ship within 3 days after receiving the payment.
For large orders, we can ship within 7 days after receiving the deposit.

3. Can I make products with my own logo?
1>.Yes, we can provide you with OEM service, print your logo on the product. After confirming the order, please provide a picture of your logo.
2>. For the logo on the amplifier, screen printing logo is free.

4. I have my own ideas for the products, can you help to produce my own products?
Of course, we can provide ODM service. Please tell us your ideas and needs, our experienced engineers will customize and develop equipment for you. Without your authorization, we will not tell others that we are your supplier, nor sell your products with our own brand.

Shipping:

The shipping time is 24-48 hours after the payment is cleared.

Except for DHL/FeDEX/UPS, which takes about 7-10 days, others take 18-60 days.

(90 days for Brazil and about 75 to 80 days for South American countries.)

If you still haven't received the goods within 30 days, please contact us and we will try our best to check and provide assistance.

-For special countries/regions, we will send a special line to facilitate customs clearance for customers.
