Q:Is there a discount for large orders? A:If you place a large order with us over a period of time, we will ship the goods together and give you a discount price. Q:Do you support other delivery options? A:Yes, we provide China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus, Cainiao Super Economy, ePacket, AliExpress Standard Shipping and China Post Registered Air Mail Q:Are all the pictures real? A:Of course, all of our images are 100% taken by our photographers Q:Do you support drop shipping? A:Yes, we support drop shipping. You only need to confirm the information Q:Why is logistics so slow? A:Actually, it's not as fast as DHL fedex because all of our products are low margin and free delivery service for most countries, which is a loss for some countries to be honest, but I believe logistics is not slow and can track where the information goes.

Shipment

1. After your payment, due to the inventory situation and time difference, we will choose to ship your goods from our first available warehouse for quick delivery, we will carefully prepare the goods for you in about 1-5 days. Generally speaking, the delivery time is about 5-60 days, and even longer for ships from remote or underdeveloped countries. 2.We only ship to the confirmed order address. Your order address must match your shipping address. 3. The transit time of the service shall be provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, especially during holidays. 4. Tracking information will be provided within 2-5 days after shipment (some free logistics have no tracking information). If you still do not receive the goods when the delivery date is coming to an end, please contact us to extend the delivery date for you. 5.If you do not receive the goods within 60 days after payment, please contact us. Refunds

1.Upon receipt of the goods, if you find any problem with the goods, please contact us immediately and provide us with enough evidence. (tip: when opening a package, record the unsealed video.) If the product is really damaged, please take a photo and send it to our email or online chat to contact us. We will provide you with solutions or compensation. 2. You have 7 days to contact us and return the goods 15 days after receipt. If you have the item for more than 7 days, you will consider using it and we will not give you a refund or replacement. 3. All returned items must be in the original package and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number, the specific reason for return, and your order ID. 4. Upon receipt of the original state and packaging of your returned products with all components and accessories, we will refund you the full purchase amount. 5. If the goods arrive at your place and you don't pick them up, it will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the goods, we will return or re-mail them to you as requested (you will be responsible for the return and mailing fee).
