Easy 3-Step Operation
Prep & Clean
Power off your 3D printer and wait for it to cool completely. Wipe the target parts with a clean cloth to remove dust, debris and old grease residue, keep the surface dry and clean.
Even Application
Cut the tip of the tube, squeeze a thin and uniform layer of grease onto the target part (avoid excessive application to prevent dust accumulation).
Full Distribution
Manually move the sliding block or rotate the lead screw back and forth several times, to make the grease fully penetrate the contact surface. Wipe off excess grease with a clean cloth.
Recommended Lubrication Frequency:
Daily use (2-3h/day): Lubricate every 2-3 weeks
