2. Can I get a sample to check the quality? 

Absolutely. We provide samples for quality verification. For our existing stock, the sample is often free or at a minimal cost. For custom designs, a sample fee is required to cover material and development costs. 

The sample fee is fully refundable upon placement of a bulk order.

3. What is the lead time for samples and bulk orders?

• Samples: Usually 7-10 days (depending on complexity and destination like USA, EU, or AU).
• Bulk Orders: Typically 25-35 days after deposit and sample approval. We prioritize efficiency to help you meet market demands.

4. Can the price be more competitive? 

We offer tiered pricing based on order volume. While we maintain a high standard of quality, we are always open to negotiation to support your business growth, especially for long-term partners and large-scale procurement.

5. Why do you charge a sample fee? 

The fee covers the cost of sourcing specific materials, setting up production lines for custom prototypes (including printing or embroidery), and our engineers' time. Charging a small fee ensures that both parties are committed to a serious partnership. As mentioned, this is an investment that we refund once your bulk order is finalized.

6. What are your payment terms?

• For orders under $1,000: 100% payment in advance.
• For orders over $1,000: 30% deposit via T/T, and the 70% balance against the B/L copy. We also support Alibaba Trade Assurance for your security.
