1. Are taxes included in the order amount? How do you handle customs declaration?
Taxes are not included in the order total. To help minimize your costs, we will declare a lower value for the package whenever possible. Please note that the final amount of any duties or taxes charged is determined by your local customs office.

2. Can I connect multiple locks to the system? Can they be unlocked independently?
Yes, the device supports multiple locks, but they can only be unlocked simultaneously. Independent unlocking for each lock is not available.

3. Do the locks require their own power supply? Is any additional equipment needed?
Most locks need independent power. For optimal performance, we recommend using an access control power supply controller (sold separately) to manage the power requirements.

4. How many indoor monitors ring when the doorbell is pressed in a family home?
In a typical household setup, when someone presses the doorbell, all four indoor screens will ring at the same time.

5. What type of cable should be used for installation to ensure good audio and video quality?
It is recommended to use a dedicated video doorbell cable—specifically, RVV 4-core pure copper wire with a thickness of 1mm² or more—to guarantee reliable audio and video transmission.
