Q: I cancel the order ,but why I still didn’t receive the refund ?
A:It need 3-20 working days for Ali express to process the refund ,to be patient .

Q:What is our return policy ?
A:If the hairs has some quality problem ,we will accept the returning within 7 days after finishing the order.if you don't like the hair ,but there is no quality problem ,you can return the hair within 7days ,but you need pay the shipping fee.

Q:How long does it last?
A:This hair can last for long time depending on how you maintain it.Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it,hair texture could be hold well after washing.

Q.Can the hair be dyed or bleached?
A:All the hair can be dyed and bleached to the color you want,but natural color can be dyed to no lighter than #27 color,#613 color can be dyed to any colors,but you need to do il professionally to get exact color without damage the hair.Human Hair will dry easily after leaving the donor,therefore please don’t dye or bleach the hair frequently.

Q.What's the best temperature for flat iron or curled iron?
A:We recommend 160~180 Celsius degree or 320-350 Fahrenheit degree! Even human hair can be burned.If the temperature is too high without proper time control.Heat protection products will be recommended during high temperature iron.

Q.Will this hair hold curls well?
A:Yes! Our hair can hold curls beautifully! We have some tips:> Find correct temperature for hair curling.We will suggest u raise the temperature little by little to test it out.>> Time control is very important,we will suggest let the curl sits on the hair around 8~10 seconds withproper temperature.>> Apply some hair spray will keep the curl pattern durable for whole day .

Q.Why does the hair shed or tangle?
A:New hair will have few strands initial shedding which is normal.Excessive shedding & tangle may come from:a.poor weft construction b.weft cutting c. dry hair For poor weft construction issue,please contact us and send pictures immediately,we will help u do refund orexchange based on our refund policy.We are STRONGLY RECOMMEND customer SEAL WEFT & DONOT CUT TRACK.And the dryness Problems will lead tangle and shed,please follow our hair careinstruction and do conditioner to co-wash it at least once a week!
